“I had placed an order which was partly delivered. I couldn’t find my email yet customer service was amazing and found my order and reassured me that the second parcel was on its way amazing customer service and support”

“I contacted the customer service team about an ankle chain that I bought for my girlfriend about 9 months ago. It had broke and some of the stones had fallen out of it too. They responded within a couple of hours of me emailing requesting images, once I had sent them it was then a very quick response giving me a voucher to the value of the chain when I brought it. Excellent customer service!!!!”

“I was bought a lovely pair of earrings for a special birthday by a friend and unfortunately misplaced one very soon after receiving them. All the team at Abbott Lyon have been amazing at helping me solve my problem and sending me a replacement. One of the earrings was faulty and I hadn’t sent it back and they were more than happy with the explanation I delivered. They have responded very quickly to all emails . The jewellery is of a fantastic standard and I could not be happier with my earrings.”
