“Had a slight problem with my daughters bracelet abbot Lyon were amazing gave me a credit note to purchase a new item were very apologetic excellent service big shout out to Mandisa , Nokwazi , Thabile who were all really helpful thank you again fantastic service”

“The infinity bracelet I ordered was too large even on the tightest adjustments so I had to return it and the customer service received from Abbott Lyon is spot on. Returns process is easy and when I emailed for an update I received confirmation that parcel was still on its way to them but they processed my credit note to not delay any further. Very much appreciated and excellent service from all.”

“I would recommend being really sure that the order was going to arrive before the date you needed it - I placed an order on the 31st Oct and expected deliver is early December so possible you wouldn’t receive your order if ordering now for Christmas which is disappointing”

I contacted them on the chat, received an email the following day informing me that they wouldn’t usually do this but as a gesture of goodwill they sent me a refund, covering the discount from the code. I was delighted that they honoured this. Great customer service, great company, it’s amazing to know that some companies think of customers first. happy Christmas 🤶”
