“Not happy with delivery time over 6 weeks and eventually my order came after alot of emails”

“The birthstone necklaces I ordered were pretty and of good quality and delivery was quick. I ordered two other necklaces for layering but made a mistake when ordering one of them. Customer service were brilliant and made it easy to return it and refunded my money. I recommend this good company.”

Only 1 slight complaints is with online ordering you hold the items in basket for 10mins , but for people like myself which are not very tech minded, this is not helpful as I kept running out of time, so in the end had to do 2 transactions”

“I absolutely love Abbott Lyon Jewellery, both for myself and for gifting. I have been buying it for the last few years. Such a unique collection with the extra special option of personalisation. It doesn’t tarnish at all, comes in beautiful gift boxes and gift bags (optional, but a must for gifting). All the items that I have purchased over the years look a lot more expensive than they actual were. It’s now my go to place when I need a lovely gift for my Sister or Female Friends. Customer Service is great too.”

“I saw on Stacey Solomon Instagram her advertising personalised necklaces and bracelets so after losing my grandad this year I thought I'd get his writing put on a bracelet. But I was absolutely gutted when my bracelet arrived and you could hardly see the writing it was that small. You'd think they'd send you a preview of the personalised jewellery before they send it out to make sure you are happy with it.”

I've got the Mini Coin & Beaded Layered Necklace Set which is the perfect layering piece, along with a bunch of different charms to change it up when I fancy it! I'm a gold lover so having so much choice of gold pieces in each collection is amazing! Definitely my go to place for all things glitter and gold!”
