“I purchased the evil eye ring, which arrived very quickly, however after a day of wearing it a stone fell out. Nosipho was amazing and was so fast in getting back to me and resolving the issue. “Terrible experience with the brand. My order was lost in transit but took so much querying to get a straight answer from anyone about it. I was dismissed when I raised concern over the length of time it was taking and given a “guaranteed” delivery date, when my package was in fact lost the whole time.”

My mum got me a bracelet for Christmas and unfortunately one of the gems had fallen out. 10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fast replies, quick resolution and just a lovely organisation to raise a return with, which is extremely rare these days. Thank you to your incredible customer service team for this positive outcome, speedy resolution and probably the best customer service I've had all year! Sam was incredibly lovely and I look forward to purchasing more jewellery soon!”
