“Beware US customers: you will receive an email days after your purchase informing you that you must pay the shipping company for the import fees. If you don't pay the fee, it will be returned. You must repurchase the item, essentially holding your order hostage. This is NOT made clear during the checkout process, but is hidden in the terms and conditions. This feels like a predatory practice because had I known, I wouldn't have made this purchase. This changed the cost from around 60 USD to around 100 USD. The bracelet itself seems fine and looks nice. I bought this as a gift.”

“Unfortunately the bar on my bracelet broke. I contacted Abbott Lyon customer services and they responded straight away . They gave me a full refund including postage which allowed me to replace my bracelet. Very happy with thier service .”
