“I bought 2 name necklaces…. Sent only one gift box !!! Need to work out who will get the gift box. If you order 2 you should get 2….One name necklace was good the second one…. You would have to guess what the name is????? By the way it is Marnie … you could not read or guess that from the photo. I would definitely not recommend. Would not buy again from”

“I’m happy with the products received. However, it took almost 6-weeks for delivery, when I was quoted 2-weeks. This resulted in missing someone’s special birthday. I did chase with AL customer service, but a mixture of AI-generated and just obvious generic responses left me with no option but to raise a claim through PayPal. Shortly afterwards i received my order. But the birthday was ruined! Nice gifts if you’re not in a rush!”
