“Items not delivered, ones that were delivered as gifts in ripped packaging, on the 23rd December awaiting a response on items missing that are gifts. Substandard customer service, asking for photographs of what I have received to ascertain what is missing rather than just read my emails and look at my orders. No resolution or refund at this point. I would never order from here again.”

I swiftly contacted support and have had sporadic replies - with days going between contact and obviously automated replies . Still not resolved , no refund and no item . I do not recommend this company as the customer service is awful/non existent!”

“In my opinion a Great company to deal with ! Ive purchased quite a few bits as presents one of which was wrong & wouldn't fit the chain ! There was no issues with returning , a credit given so I could get the right item and sent really quickly ! They are there to help & answer any queries you might have , no fuss ! Refund was available if I had wanted ! Throughly reccomend this company , their customer service is excellent! ☺️”
