“Shocking , asking me for a review when my item has never arrived are you really that silly and now DPD have cancelled the the ticket as you never gave them my parcel . This was promised on three occasions by you in writing as you knew it was for Christmas and I have never received it . You don't reply to emails god knows I've chased you. Now it looks like I have to action against you for a refund . Totally discussing . If I could leave nil I would.”

“Paid for 2 items to be delivered, with guaranteed Christmas delivery, 2 weeks before the 25th. Have since had 4 different updates on when they will be eventually delivered, with the latest being 5th of January. Terrible that these were presents, and are still nowhere to be seen. Shocking service. Will never use again.”

“I recieved my order which i bought as a gift for my wife. It wasn't opened until Christmas day. I initially thought the second (stronger) band/bracelet i bought was to replace the original so I was confused on seeing two boxes. Anyway the stronger bracelet is a lot smaller than the other one and doesn't fit my wife's wrist. I'm hoping I can get a larger one as a replacement and return this one to you. “I have never used Abbot Lyon before so I thought I would use it to buy Christmas and birthday presents this year after seeing it advertised on the Tv. How wrong was I to use this company. I ordered at items at the start of December and I am yet to receive them. I got an email to say the item was not up to standard so was being remade and I was provided with a complimentary £200 voucher which was great for the inconvenience. I have since ordered extra items with guaranteed before Christmas delivery. And again I she yet to receive these items. I am still waiting for all off my items as none have arrived. I will not be using this service ever again and would never recommend it. Poor customer service and just an overall poor experience.”
