“Customer Service is amazing and due to a bespoke item behind delayed and not arriving before Christmas now due to the piece needing to be to their standard. Unexpectedly as a result I was offered a complimentary token until my bespoke piece arrives. Thank you to this wonderful team and service”

“23 December and gift not arrived yet despite being ordered early in December. Now too late to get it to the recipient. Yet they still have tome to send several marketing emails each day selling their products. Should spend more time and money making sure deliveries are dispatched on time.”

“Honestly the best jewellrey ive owned, EVER!! Ive had a lot of jewellrey broken by my kids as they grow up, but Abbot Lyons has lasted thru all the pulling grabby phases. Im currently hoping my husband has bought me the stacy soloman personalised locket for xmas. Haha cant recommend their stuff enough.”

“The ring looks nice but the quality isn’t that good for the price . Ive barely had the ring for that long and the gold has rubbed off the back of the ring which shouldn’t happen considering the price of the ring. So now my ring is half silver half gold where the plating has rubbed off! It’s happened to both the gold rings I got.”

“Awful customer service. Ordered some earrings and got a pop up message that I could order a name necklace for £10 (usually £79). Wouldn't have paid full price but thought for £10 I would get one. Website said price would be amended on checkout. I checked out and price stayed at £79. Immediately contacted company to say either refund or cancel as I did not want it for £79. Was told I can't cancel. Repeated emails asking for refund of the £69 but was told I was too late in ordering to get the offer - the website offered it to me so if I was too late it's their fault!? After emails back and forth they changed their story and said I ordered the wrong product to get the offer - ordered what appeared on the pop up so if it was incorrect it's their fault. They just don't read my emails but churn out the same message which is useless. Really frustrated as I didn't want to spend £79 on a necklace I won't really wear. Is it a trick to get you to pay full price for something you don't want.”
