If I could give you 0 stars I would! You are a bgreedy and selfish company who thought taking too many orders before Christmas was better than sticking to your promise of Christmas delivery. Your ai set up is a joke, your emails don't deliver and all responses even to these reviews are written by ai! You are a company I will never shop with again and will certainly never reccomend to anyone. Your celebrity ambassadors should be ashamed to be representing you.

Really happy with the service received from Abbott Lyon. My husband brought me a birthstone ring in December 2024. A year later the ring unfortunately broke. I contacted Abbott Lyon and advised them what had happened. They were speedy in their response and resolved the issue immediately by arranging for a replacement ring to be sent to me. Great customer service, easy to communicate with and overall a very reputable business.

I purchased a watch for Xmas for my wife, unfortunately it was not suitable for her as the strap was a little sharp on her wrist. I contacted customer services on 27th Dec and I was sent a returns form with instructions within 1 hour of my email. The return was through Evri and they gave me a tracking link. On 6th Jan the tracking still stated in transit, I again contacted Abbott Lyons customer service, who again responded within 1 hour apologising for the delay with Evri and refunded me in full immediately. Great customer service.

Placed an order on 03/12/25 for the ‘Moon and Stars’ bangle. Opted for the ‘Love you Mummy’ inscription in child’s writing. Email confirmation stated 15/17 days delivery. On 13/12/25 received an email saying bangle was in final stages of production. Nothing after this so asked for an update via email on 20/12/25. Reply stated delivery was guaranteed for the 22nd and not to worry. 22nd arrived and no item, email again to be told they slight change in timings but item would be with me by the 23rd, guaranteed. Nothing received on 23rd so contacted again to be sent the exact same email just with the new ‘guaranteed’ date of 24th. By now I’m pretty certain this isn’t arriving for Christmas and it didn’t. This was my grandsons present for his mum so this was extremely disappointing. On the 27th I emailed again expressing my disgust with the way they have dealt with this to be told they had emailed me offering a store discount for the inconvenience and telling me the item would arrive by 03/01/26. In my opinion this was another lie as the whole email thread was saved and there was no such email. I told them that they had broken the contract as they hadn’t met their guaranteed delivery time and if it didn’t reach by the 3rd I would require a full refund under the consumer rights act. The reply stated that although they were aiming for the 03/01 they actually couldn’t guarantee it. My item arrived on 02/01/26. The whole process with them was appalling and I will never purchase anything from them again. A quick look on their social pages will tell you I’m definitely not the only one this has happened to.

Ordered necklace for Christmas 28th November, its now 7th January and still havent received as it apparently got lost , however it took me chasing this 1 month after ordering to get another one made, which im still yet to receive. Overall very disappointing.
