“The service i received was dreadful and I will not be ordering from this company again! I spent a large sum of money on products and they took 6 weeks to arrive and I could not get an answer off any member of staff. Extremely disappointed :(”

“I will never buy from Abbott Lyon again. I ordered on 8th Dec and was guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas. On 21st still no order so emailed and was still promised it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived 27th, too late for my 2 granddaughters presents. Had to buy them something else. No apology given. I was out of pocket. Do not buy from them.”

“The product looked good quality, and the idea was a good one. After chasing a late delivery, we were told that it had 'been lost in transit', and a replacement could be ordered, but with no guarantee of Christmas delivery (despite a separate marketing email guranteeing Christmas delivery). Repeated attempts to track it were met with platitudes, and no concrete idea of where the package was, or when/if it would be delivered at all. Twice, the courier had said that they were waiting for it, but AL could not trace it. The package did arrive in the nick of time, but the net resut of this is that AL's customer and communication services were woeful, and we will not use them again.”

“The product was amazing BUT I ordered this on the 5th Dec hopeing it would arrive before Christmas as it was a present and was told it was going to arrive before Christmas first was told the 11th-15th then was told it was coming definitely on the 23rd of December waiting all day on the for this to arrive for them to tell me it been held up in there warehouse and it will now be delivered on the 29th. So if you do order something off here order with in good time.”

“Purchased as a gift for Christmas for my girlfriend. Was assured it would arrive in time. I asked 3 times and was promised it would be with me. Didn't arrive until 3 days after. Blamed the delivery company. Wasn't their fault as they hadn't sent them the item. Also, due to a fault they didn't include the personalised message asked for either. If it wasn't going to arrive before xmas I wouldn't have bothered, and when I thought it wasnt going to arrive and wanted a refund I was gaslit into believing it would. Very poor and won't use again.”

“As a first time customer I was very happy with my 2 bracelets, bangle and earrings that I ordered. Unfortunately I did not receive one of the items and Abbott and Lyon customer service team were amazing and looked into this for me and sent a replacement. They were very helpful and efficient. “Ordered two personalised initial charm necklaces and two mens personalised bracelets for Christmas all with personalised packaging. Came to wrap on Christmas eve, only to find the initial and birthstone was missing from one of the necklaces. So I had personalised packaging to give to someone, with just a plain chain inside, no personalised gift, forcing me to rush out on Christmas Eve and buy a replacement gift, which isn't great for a single Mother at an expensive time of year. Furthermore, the personalised bracelets were in the wrong personalised packaging, good job I checked those before gifting. It's taken Abbott Lyon a week to send out the replacement initial, which their courier has delivered to the wrong house, and they are on holiday so God knows when we will get that, and the October birthstone is now out of stock, but instead of promising to send it immediately as soon as it comes back into stock, they are now trying to fob me off with a credit note, only valid for 3 months. So I have to waste time keep coming back to the website to check to see if it's back in stock, then if it's not by the end of the three months, I'll either have to pick something I dont want, or lose my money. All for an order they accepted and should have sent out to me in the first place. Terrible service. I won't be ordering again.”
