“We ordered for me mom and sister separately moms what I ordered didn’t pass quality so I was sent a voucher to order something to come in time for Christmas while the necklace was being remade. Really pleased with my necklace from mom Sister is really pleased with hers mom’s is yet to arrive estimated by 2nd Jan. overall really pleased with the service quality and good will gesture of the voucher 100%recomend”

“The jewellery is lovely. However, I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. I ordered four separate orders for necklaces for Christmas gifts, three of which arrived on time after lots of chasing and one of which still has not arrived, meaning that two of my nieces still have no Christmas present which I feel is appalling especially as my orders were placed on 2nd Decemeber with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I have received no compensation for this.”
