“I ordered a chain which was too short for the recipient. A.L let me exchange with absolutely no hassle which was a huge relief. The customer service alone will see me coming back for more beautiful items”

“The jewellery is truly loving and well made but the after service let them down. Felt very much like the “customer service” was ai and didn’t answer my issues around missed delivery schedule. Just an automated we are looking into it. I left plenty of time for Christmas delivery to avoid stress and it became very stressful and down to the wire.”

“Still waiting on my personalised necklace which I ordered 15th November, was told it would be delivered by the 18th December by 2 different people, they then said it won’t be arriving in time for Christmas but gave me a £75 gift card which was nice. Then I ordered something else with the gift card but it took card payment, I then contacted someone to cancel it straight away so I can use my gift card, still no reply to my emails, and when I get in contact it’s with AI robots. Also they have a 2For1 offer on but doesn’t work if you have gift card which I also think is wrong.”

“After seeing Stacey Solomon rave about this jewellery I wanted go treat my mum to a necklace in memory of my late father. . I ordered in time for Christmas but it wasn't up up thier standards and it was delayed but they kindly gave me a voucher so she still had something for Christmas but then I got another date and that was a mistake and now its due 3rd January. I am really disappointed that I have been told lots of different things I just want my mums gift . Despite the issues they have been really helpful and didnt have to give me a voucher . I still think they are a great company.”
