My Black Friday order was not delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered two personalised lockets and I’ve had no communication from Abbott Lyon since I asked for a refund on 28th December. I’ve still not had my order and it’s 30th December 2025. Poor service and poor communication which I have paid for. I won’t trust in this company again sadly. Emma.

Ordered 2nd December (enough time for Christmas) they posted on the 23rd reassuring me it was going to be here for christmas, but nothing arrived. DPD tracking was also telling me they had received thebparcel details but not yet the parcel. I was then told on the 26th my order had been lost in transit! I had nothing to give my niece and best friend this Christmas. I also work for a bespoke jewellery company that offer bespoke items, and in these circumstances we can have a piece turned around in 24 hours. However, being passed to about 5 people through every email sent I was being told I have to wait 15-20 working days for jr to be re-made and should now receive my order on 20th January! Customer service has been awful and very automated. Such a shame as I won't be ordering from them again because of this.

I ordered Christmas delivery on the 11th, then received an email on the 22nd that my order would not make it and was given a £100 voucher and told that my order with this voucher would arrive by the 24th. Guess what! It is now the 30th and I have not received either. I contacted support on the 25th and was told I would receive my second package on the 27th.. sure.. still isn’t here. My second email sent on the 28th has been outright ignored.. this is just shameful customer service..

Incredibly poor delivery and customer service. Ordered jewellery on the 16th November. Still isn’t here. I continuously asked about it and had a generic response that delivery was delayed. Just before Christmas I had an email saying it didn’t meet quality control standards (it was obviously never Made in time). Had 3 promised delivery dates. All went by no delivery. Not even an email to say delivery was delayed. I emailed to complain. Received a voucher. Used the voucher to buy a piece of jewellery that wasn’t personalised. I was curious if they could get that sent in time. That’s also still not here! Weakest service ever from abbot Lyon this year. Which is a shame because the jewellery quality is brilliant.

One of may who ordered with “guaranteed” Christmas delivery and still waiting for my parcel to be delivered almost a week later, communication has been poor to non existent regarding the when/if the item is going to actually be delivered, only to receive an email stating the item could well be lost, which I have seen many people have also been told so I’m assuming is a ploy to pass the buck on DPD for the terrible service provided by Abbott Lyon.. and to finally have the audacity to send an email asking “how did we do” which also says “we’re so glad you’re loving your jewellery” is an absolute disgrace considering I am yet to actually receive the jewellery. If I could mark lower I would, will for sure be the last time I use Abbott Lyon.

Shocking experience, ordered gift as a Christmas present, despite being told that the production time is 12-15 days, meaning my order would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately this did not happen and I am still awaiting delivery of my order. Customer services explained they could produce a replacement order but it would not be delivered until March 2026, a full 3 months after my original order date, and much longer than the standard lead time, for a replacement order!!!! Shocking & completely unacceptable, would not ever recommend.

Purchased many items over the past year. I have recently purchased a necklace and during quality check did not meet the standard. I was updated if this and that the delivery would run late, due to this I received a gift card to order something additional for the Christmas holidays to ensure I had something in time. Wonderful customer service. I have been updated every step of the way and completely understand why my original purchase was running late due to them wanting it to be perfect. The jewellery I have received is perfect quality. I could not recommend this company enough and will be continuing to purchase.

I made a purchase on the 1st December for a personalised item. The estimated latest delivery was originally predicted on 19th December. A couple of days before this date, I still hadn’t received my item and queried the delivery to then be told it would be the 23rd. Im disappointed as the item then arrived on 23rd December and it was too late for me to post for a Christmas present. I appreciate longer production times but I was never updated with any delays.
