“The customer service was absolutely appalling. The same generic message from a script with absolutely no effort to sort my order. Waited over a month and a half for my parcel and found out the same thing happened to two other family members. I was then lied to that my parcel was dispatched with next day delivery and after contacting the delivery service I found out that the parcel was never given to them. A complete disgrace. Having ordered here before, I am so let down by this company and will never shop here again.”

“I am unable to review my purchase due to it not being received yet. It is long overdue. Abbott lyon has chosen a courier (evri) that has not delivered or provided any useful details as to my parcels status. Abbott lyon has failed to provide any information and has only redirected me back to the courier. I will be demanding a full refund.”

“My order was supposed to be here between 7th-10th December, then was told it would definitely be here before Xmas. Then on the 22nd I got a message off Evri saying they had damaged my parcel and it wouldn’t be delivered. I emailed Abbot Lyon to find out what would be happening but haven’t heard anything off them for a week.”

“Was really disappointed as I ordered my daughters 2 bracelets each for their birthdays which are both before Christmas. It’s unfortunate that their birthdays are near Christmas but I ordered in plenty of time. My niece also ordered a bracelet for my daughter. None of our orders arrived in time. Mine only arrived late on Xmas Eve. Not everything ordered at the end of the year is for Christmas.”

“Love every piece of jewellery I’ve bought as gifts for people very carefully designed and a lot of thought goes into them, wouldn’t go anywhere else for personalised gifts can’t wait to receive my other order which was delayed due to it not meeting final production standards this is why I won’t buy from anywhere else everything is double checked to make sure it’s perfect enough.”

“For the second time this year the delivery date came and went with only weak pointless replies to email as and when. Several emails had different delivery dates on. I was told I’d be updated when parcels were sent but I wasn’t. The gift came last minute when I’d already had to purchase something else”
