“Ordered a Christmas present well before the cut off date I was told it could be guaranteed Xmas delivery and it did not arrive in time. Very disappointing and when I reported my problem I was told you would replace it in up to 14 days but with no offer of a discount or voucher for the problem this caused me over Xmas! I requested a refund and I will not be ordering any more products in the future.”

“I love a tennis style bracelet and was sick of them breaking. I turned to Abbott Lyon partly due to Stacey Solomon and partly because of the 5 year guarantee and that their jewellery is waterproof. I love my tennis bracelet and that I can just put it on and leave it on. My only issue is the logo on the end of the chain catches as it’s not solid so fluffy jumpers etc get caught in the tiny gaps. Hopefully it won’t ruin too many jumpers with pulls etc”

“I have given Abbott Lyon 1 star as there is no 0 star rating. Firstly, AL dispatched the order to Evri, whom then proceeded to lose the order BUT following no news / update from either AL or Evri it was only when i chased the item and many emails later (more on the emails in a bit) it was agreed the item had been lost and a replacement to be sent. Secondly, the item was a Birthday / Chrismas present and arrived circa 7 days later than Christmas and circa 12 days late for birthday. The order was made on the 13th December and arrived just before new year. Complete dissapointment on all acounts Thirdly, customer service - Probably one of the most worse customer service experiences in 30 years of using and ordering from the internet. AL has no phone contacts just a bot and an email address. The bot eventually points you to the email address, so what is the point other than a few general FAQ's. Third continued - Standard email response (automated i am sure), we will get back to you in 48 hours.... And guess what, nearly to the minute, 48 hours later you get the next frustrating email!! If only i could have spoken to a human, my issue would have been resolved in 10 minutes not 10 days!! Summary - 100% dissapointing experience, highly unlikely we will ever us AL again, no customer service (human). I am sure when things go ok, they go ok, but when things don't, the wheels compeltly fall off with AL and it is very diffiult. The Ryanair of online jewelry”

“Be careful when ordering from this company. They don't tell you till it's too late that they tack on an additional $50 for shipping after you have already paid and placed your order.!!! This additional bill comes a week or two after your order is placed from a shipping company. What a scam!!”
