“Ordered a personalised multi name necklace on the black Friday deal very reasonable price. I waited just over a week and worried my order may have got lost. So I emailed customer service on a Sunday and I received immediate confirmation that my request had been received by them then within the hour I received a lovely email from customef service assistant fundisile who kindly explained that order was taking a little longer due to the personalisation. Very happy with the company and customer service and look forward to receiving my item.”

“Orderd some jeweley for my wife for christmas. Was dissappinted delivery to ireland would take so long so got it sent to family in uk that were traveling over for x mass .as it was only 3 days in comparisson to 3 weeks .. Deliveru through evri didnt arrive to correct address so got on to abbot and thet re dispatched the order asap after flaging it on therr system as undelivered ,great customer sevice all agents were easy to deal with and professional n knowalagable. Just waiting 4 re deliveru if my order now”
