“Very bad experience for my first time using you, ordered in November to give myself plenty of time, got an email to state delivery 11th Dec, didn't arrive. Then I was told guaranteed 19th Dec again didn't arrive and then told guaranteed 23rd Dec and no it didn't arrive, finally came on 24th December, had to buy another present as did not think it was going to arrive. Won't order again.”

“Have been ordering from Abbott lyon for a few years and never had any issues. This christmas was a disaster !! ordered 25/11 a personalised heart locket. waited weeks for the tracking to update - nothing so I chased. via Chat awful robotic service eventually got an open issue raised. Received an email no explanation just it was delayed but would probably arrive by 23/12 !!! no reassurance nothing. Chased 2 further times same response but no reason why it had been delayed or anything to give me confidence it would arrive in time. Eventually it did turn up 2 dats before christmas but the customer service was appalling”

“Original order was delayed due to quality issues , offered a a voucher with guaranteed delivery before Xmas , neither order has arrived as of 30th December, so unfortunately my partner still received her Xmas present, original order placed in plenty of time 6/12/25 , so really disappointed”

“Shocking service & customer support I paid for delivery before Christmas, but my order did not arrive as promised. I was later contacted and given a voucher with a clear assurance that a replacement order would arrive before Christmas if placed immediately. I did this and paid for delivery again. Neither order arrived. The courier confirmed they were waiting for the parcel, but it was never handed over, and I received no meaningful updates. Delivery dates were repeatedly changed, with the latest delay pushing delivery well into February. The items were intended as Christmas gifts for my wife, which made the situation particularly disappointing and awkward. To make matters worse, I then received an automated email asking me to rate the service and enter a voucher draw, despite the unresolved issues. Overall, this was poor communication, broken promises, and an extremely frustrating experience.”
