“Placed two orders in the timescale to receive two pairs of free Huggie white quartz earrings but these did not arrive with my order. Have sent numerous emails all being replied to by different people, basically being told that I did not order them in time when I know I 100 % did. I will be returning my complete order. It's outrageous that you cannot fulfil this offer! Very disappointing.”

“Ordered the custom heart birthstone ring, within 3 days it had turned my thumb green. Tried it on my finger and it did the same. Within a week I had 2 stained fingers and the plating had came away on the bottom of the ring, which is what I assume is causing the staining. Appalling for an item priced at £69 that claims ‘Innovative anti-tarnish protective coating’ and a ‘Two year quality and plating guarantee’. Thankfully I have managed to get a refund on the ring but I did order matching earrings which are a bit pointless now and I can’t do anything about those I just have to keep them. So regardless I can not recommend - save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else! I bought this for myself for my son’s first birthday as a sentimental ring to wear all the time so am incredibly disappointed. This jewellery is clearly just costume jewellery being sold at a higher price tag under the guise of being better quality. I’ve had rings from Claire’s accessories last longer!”

“Was very easy to order items, however be careful, I meant to cancel an item I had in basket because I couldn't pay in instalments, but instead the order got placed with one full payment and once ordered it is very difficult to cancel, though with the help of an agent it was in the end cancelled, to my relief.”
