Was very pleased with communication from placing order to receiving - however the birth gemstones were “dull” In appearance and I am quite disappointed with my bracelet

This is my first time purchasing from the brand. Everything appears to be great quality my only issue is that the M initial on my necklace constantly flips round to look like a W. The other letters are perfect but no matter how many times I try to sort it the M just flips round. So for that reason I don’t think I’d purchase any ‘initial’ items again.

Nice bracelet however last one broke after 1 month. Hopefully this one isn’t as fragile

Ordered curb bracelet and it was very nice. Delivery is far too long, even missed a special birthday so that's why I don't rate very high

An honest review would be that the first pair of these I bought sadly were faulty causing the little stones to fall out. As soon as I contact Abbott Lyon, they were very understanding and resolved the situation straight away. My new pair of earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I always get compliments on them every time I wear them. Definitely worth the money. Thank you 😊

Was disappointed with this necklace felt cheap & no one knows what the initials are , in all honesty I don’t think I will wear it . Maybe my expectations were too high

I am actually a little disappointed which I was not expecting as I usually love this brand. I ordered a personalised ring as a gift. I think it took too long to be made and delivered and then didn’t even come in a ring box, which for the price I expected. The ring is pretty but feels cheap - very light, feels like it will bend easily. Disappointing in general especially since it was not cheap.

I do like the necklace but .. the birth stones have a gold plating at the back so if you have a clear/light coloured birthstone then the colour is changed completely by the gold backing - the clear colours for example April and June do not look like the pictures advertised

Took ages to come. Pretty poor service in that regard although plenty update emails are at each stage.

Received my order today took a little longer than I thought but not much. Got the double initial necklace a little disappointed as initial don’t stand out & both my husband & my friend asked me what they were ! Bracelet with block initials is nice but the initials keep turning upside down.

I like the bracelet but there was glue in the gem and in the gold mental which was a let down!
