Received in good time but not overly keen on the material the silver looks fake and tarnished. Not worth what I paid.

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by photographing them in natural light with little to no editing. I dont like it..the chain part interconnecting the letters is wonky The metal is very dull. Still havent received my extender.

It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered ,still no bracelet - I understand it’s been personalised so this can take up to 14 days - but not 4 weeks . I’m now delayed on giving this gift to a friend . Really disappointed .
