I ordered my jewelry at the end of november. it is now the 18th of December and i am still yet to receive it. i will not be ordering again from your company

I ordered and have received 3 birthstone necklaces, 1 came in a gift box, 2 were in cardboard envelopes. I contacted AL via their help email and whilst they initially appeared to want to help they are now ignoring me and have requested I complete a review! I just want 2 gift boxes in time for Christmas 🎄

After purchasing a good few items from Abbot Lyon and spending a lot of money with the company, I am very disappointed in the recent customer service and have been lied to over and over again with regards to my order being sent. Item was ordered on 17th November and still waiting even though they are still advertising Christmas delivery for others. Fulfil your orders to loyal customers first! Unfortunately I am now no longer a returning customer and neither will my friends or family or anyone else I tell about the company. This company need to look at their delivery times and staffing levels and take on more staff now that they are advertising with celebrities and obviously taking on more work. Delivery times with last few orders have been shocking. I spent over £100 on a bracelet in September and had to chase it up after 3 weeks. I purchased a necklace on 17th November. A couple of weeks later I got an email saying it has been lost. Instead of sending another next day delivery they gave me a delivery date of 19th December. I told them no I wasn’t waiting that long as it’s not my fault it’s lost so not starting the whole order process again and waiting anorher 3 weeks. They then promised the order would be there ‘by the 12th December at the very latest’ This date came and no order of course. I contacted again and they told me it would arrive on the 23rd December. I emailed again and told them absolutely no way! What a cheek. Why continue lying to me? It’s like the customer service team are robots and just sending generic replies and not actually listening to what the customer is saying. I don’t know any other company that takes 6 weeks for delivery of a necklace. On Saturday 14th they told me that it had been sent next day delivery.. it took this long for them to do this in the first place. I assumed this wouldn’t be on the Sunday but would arrive today(Monday).. this was a lie and it had never even been sent. I never received any tracking information and I had to contact them AGAIN today. They never got back to me until the end of the day today and told me that it has been sent express delivery and I will receive it in time for Christmas. I don’t want it for Christmas. I wanted it for a party weeks ago. I ordered it before the Christmas busy period on purpose. So I have now finally received tracking information that simply says ‘dispatched’ There is no way this is arriving tomorrow and I expect it’ll arrive next week at some point. Christmas period or delivery company cannot be blamed for this. It’s abbot Lyon and their lack of care for the customer. You have lost a loyal customer due to terrible customer service. Very disappointing. Do not advertise for Christmas delivery if you cannot fulfil the orders of the customers you already have!

I still have not received any of my orders despite ordering on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. One was dispatched and the other I have not received any confirmation that it was dispatched.

You cannot read these personalised names on the bracelets - the bracelets are cheap and tacky looking- total embarrassment- no way I can give these to my daughter as part of her present! I have contacted company direct and they have said there is nothing they are prepared to do - the bracelets are fine. Total joke and now have two pieces of jewellery that are good for nothing!! The answer I got from the customer services coordinator is obviously a set response to a complaint which makes it even worse!

Ordered for a birthday present and due to belief they would send quickly i wasn't worried.......birthday has now passed and it's still not even despatched just keep getting offers of money off if I order again and generic "your orders being made".......doubt I'd ever order from this company again due to generic mail, offers before receipt and time to send

It is now 13 days since I placed my order and I have not received my goods. This is the 2nd time I have used Abbott Lyon and I have encountered problems on both occasions .. I will not order from them again!!

I received my first purchase of two necklaces ok but ordered another one two days later and keep messaging them to see when its being delivered and keep getting same generic message there has been a delay and will come soon, not what I expected at all as is a Christmas present ordered in 28 November, not very professional, so don’t know if it’s coming or not
