“I purchased the Personalised Initial & Birthstone Necklace (silver) for my daughter’s birthday and both she and I are delighted. A beautiful, well made necklace with a good size initial and birthstone. Ordering was easy online and whilst there was a short wait for the birthstone I ordered (which was clear when I ordered) the necklace arrived around the date stated, well wrapped and packaged. Good communication on dispatch and delivery, would definitely recommend.”

“I purchased an item on Black Friday and was made aware before purchasing that it may not arrive until after Christmas, presumably as it was personalised. However before Christmas I received tracking details and the present was in my hands on Christmas Eve morning and my partner was delighted with the present! I would 100% purchase from Abbott Lyon again and have already recommended them to friends. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered 2 necklaces and loved them, however, I broke one within 5-minutes of having it on. I emailed Abbott Lyon, whose response was very quick after sending photos they immediately said I could have a voucher for the cost of the necklace and I was able to chose another one which I am thrilled with. There customer service was excellent and the jewellery is lovely, I have had lots of positive comments when I have worn them. I would highly recommend their jewellery, especially if you are looking to give a personalised gift.”

“I can’t thank the Abbott Lyon team enough! I bought the double photo locket necklace last year, however the photos in there started to turn yellow! As it had never been in water or in contact with any sort of chemicals or perfume, I was so confused but so upset too! As soon as I’d contacted the team about this and sent them photos and videos of the necklace, they reached out to me the same day resolving the issue and gave me a code so I was able to get a brand new one! A lot of companies would’ve probably not done much (or even anything) for me but I’m beyond grateful for the team for their support. They got back to me unbelievably quick and they just have the upmost respect for their customers, and as a loyal customer, that means everything! Thank you!! X”
