“I have nothing good to say about the customer service I received from Abbott Lyon. The delivery date was delayed four times meaning the recipient didn’t receive her Christmas gift. As an apology for the issue they offered an alternative non-personalised gift to arrive in time for Christmas, however, once I accepted they completely ignored any emails I sent and I didn’t receive the compensation. I tried communicated via their live chat but received generic responses. I believed their social media hype and celebrity endorsements and ended up hugely disappointed. I have, however, received 2 emails asking me to review them and their products. They ought to be careful what they wish for.”

“Delivery for a personalised order was only part received initially. I contacted customer service and they apologised for the delay with the second part of the order due to issues their side and confirmed they could change the address as I would no longer be at that address. The address change wasn’t actioned and parcel was delivered to the original address where I don’t live any more. Customer service initially seemed helpful, but with lack of follow through on the address change and then speaking to a different person every time with no continuity is starting to become frustrating as they keep giving me different answers. My experience is that one month is not enough lead time for a personalised order, so if you want a personalised gift you need to order it 2-3 months in advance to ensure delivery, and once ordered there are no changes possible. Overall, half-okay and half-very frustrating experience!!!”

“Awful experience. Ordered on 28th November to be delivered by Evri on 13-16th December. Absolutely no updates from AL about this and when looking at their AI tracking tool it says it’s not even been dispatched?! How highly suspicious that there are multiple positive reviews on review sites from the same people too… me thinks they are either soliciting positive reviews or paying people for them! This has now been refunded but there was zero attempt to rectify the issue, no apology - nothing. Horrific experience that i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

However, I have been waiting for my Xmas purchases since ordered on 19th November and they still haven’t arrived.
