“Extremely happy with the service. I ordered a lovely set of bracelets and watch week before valentines day so I was expecting the delivery prior the 14th Feb. I received a message from Evri informing the package was returned to Abbot Lyon. I emailed the company and received a reply immediately saying a new parcel will be sent out. I received the goods the next day by a different courier service. I was really impressed with the response and service. Thank you I love the watch and bracelets. Xx”

“Bangle and bracelet bought for daughter's birthday and both items were lovely. I will probably buy some for myself too!! Customer service wasall round first class which is a rare thing these days! Very smooth ordering process and cery quick drluvery. Unfortunately the first size I'd ordered turned out to be too small and so I had to re-order larger size and this fitted perfectly. Return of unwanted set was organised with ease and efficiency and refund was received in super quick time. Couldn't be happier with every aspect of my first dealings with AL and will definitely use them again.”

“Terrible experience. Purchased a custom clover bracelet which broke (one of the letters fell off). They honored their warranty and replaced it which was great. Until that one also broke. Then I got another honored warranty replacement which I ordered and paid extra for shipping that exceeded the amount given. After waiting and waiting to receive my item I finally got an email that they wanted me to pay customs for the item. I did a chat asking them to pay the customs as it was a warranty thing and they asked for my bank account info saying they’d reimburse me…. Instead of just accepting the link and paying it themselves… Sketchy. Save yourself the headache don’t order from here.”

“I visited the Abbott Lyon website to buy my mum a birthday gift and there was so many lovely pieces I could choose from and personalise, I ended up purchasing 3 beautiful pieces of jewellery one also for my self. I chose a pad lock and had my son’s initials engraved on it. I love it so much I haven’t taken it off yet.”
