“My parcel arrived early , however I had to put it together myself which was quite fiddly , I ordered the necklace with initials and birthstones . It was a present for my sister in law from her 2 small children so they wouldn’t have been able to put it together themselves . Also arrived in a plain cardboard box which was a bit underwhelming . Sorry for the negative feedback just a bit of a faf when it cost £100 .”

“My Heart Token Oval Bracelet arrived today. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the overall quality, as it looks quite inexpensive in person. The heart charm also arrived unattached from the bracelet, and there were no instructions included explaining how to secure it properly. Because of this, I’m unsure how it is meant to be attached. I’m also concerned about the durability, as it feels like the bracelet may discolour over time or the charm could easily fall off.”
