Unfortunately my item was delayed so didn't arrive before Christmas but I was given a £75 voucher for the delay which enabled me to get the Mrs a bag that arrived in 2 days so was very happy. My item arrived on the 2nd of January so better late than never Mrs loves it. Excellent customer service.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had online shopping. Ordered gifts for xmas mid November which never arrived, the live chat bot is useless could not get any truthful answers as to where my order was after receiving multiple messages guaranteeing Christmas delivery. Had to be in touch with my payment provider for a refund in the end as I honestly thought i had been scammed thats how bad this experience has been. The whole experience has left me with zero faith in Abbott Lyon such a shame, i haven’t had any explanation or apology in way of customer service. Very much doubt anyone will read this or care just how much stress and disappointment this experience with Abbott Lyon has caused.

All my jewellery is now from Abbott Lyon, it’s all I wear, I love it. The company’s communication is 100% on the mark, they always keep me up to date with my orders, when it’s ready, if it’s a little late. When it’s a personalised item they let me know each stage my order is at, they are brilliant. All the jewellery I’ve got from Abbott Lyon is beautiful, it lasts, I don’t have to worry about anything tarnishing or turning a funny colour, it’s never affected my skin in a bad way or any way. There is so much of a variety of jewellery, different styles and different options when it comes to personalisation, they make perfect gifts for every occasion. I have only ever had one issue, with one clasp of an earring and they were absolutely brilliant and had my issue sorted very quickly. I recommend them to everyone I know. I won’t wear any other jewellery brand. Perfection 100%

I ordered a personalised mens bracelet - honest review, the delivery time was 4 weeks, it was too small when it arrived, not as ordered and a much smaller bracelet. However, as they sent the wrong size customer services were very prompt and gave me a full refund . I have ordered other items with full satisfaction.

Very disappointed with item loosing a stone after 2 days and no response from my email to customer service. Despite AI chat saying I would get a response Very frustrating not being able to speak to someone. I also wanted to change an order within a few minutes and again was unable to do so as no one to speak to,

I ordered a tennis necklace from Abbott Lyon well before Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift, and it never arrived. The package was lost by their third-party courier. After a full week of back-and-forth emails, Abbott Lyon finally agreed to reimburse only the original product cost, but refused to refund the courier/shipping fee, even though the product was never delivered. What made this experience unacceptable was that they offered to reship the item only if I paid the third-party courier fee again. Being asked to pay shipping twice for a product I never received is unreasonable. Because of the delays and lack of urgency, the Christmas gift never arrived, despite ordering well in advance. Abbott Lyon showed no accountability, wouldn’t waive the courier fee unless I paid for it 2nd time, and made it clear that the customer comes second to their profits. If anything goes wrong with delivery, expect to push hard just to get partial resolution. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering again. You should consider a different company for ur non tarnish jewelry needs as I will be doing moving forward!

Second order from AL and it’ll be my last. Firstly my order was delayed (these were gifts for Christmas) then they arrived today 03.01 and they have sent two of the same items when they were personalised for two different people. Poor customer service and shocking communication!
