Paid for a gift bag I didn't receive. The chain was perfect and exactly what I ordered. Delivery times could be faster.

Really lovely design and I love it, the only thing is that the finishing is quite sharp, and the birthstone doesn’t fill the heart completely

Bracelet lovely but initial could off been more outstanding.very hard to see initial,I think it should be engraved deeper

I think the presentation of the products, marketing and social media are all excellent. I’m afraid I think the jewellery is way overpriced. I was disappointed with the name bracelet it is quite Flimsy For the money. I feel you pay a precious metal price for costume jewellery. The watch is lovely and well Packaged and presented but no different To other watches I have at half the price. I’m sorry I wanted to love them but disappointed.

I don't know what I expected by paying £109.00 for a bag but afraid was left decidedly underwhelmed. I did get the BOGOF deal but still disappointed.

I am really upset because I don't think this bracelet will fit my daughter's wrist who's birthday is next Sunday. It is very good quality but the engraving letter is not very noticeable.

Little bit disappointed if I’m honest I paid extra to have a little heart out on my necklace and it sits the wrong way no matter what I do it just doesn’t sit with the stone at the front I think it’s been attached wrong when made. Also the additional chains come as a separate chain so they get tangled and move around I thought it would have been added to the chain and have one fastening not two.

Did take a while to arrived being personalised but was made aware of this when purchasing. Lovely packaging, only thing is that the necklace it’s self doesn’t feel the best quality and it doesn’t sit right at all no matter how much I change the length. It turns inside out so you can only see the back, so I can’t see myself wearing it.

Lovely presentation but the practicality of the design means it never hangs correctly. Always snagged up, the initial on the small ring it hangs on.

Ordered 2 heart shaped bracelets which I personalised when ordering. Unfortunately when they arrived there was no personalisation on either bracelet.
