Avoid ! I bought my wife a bracelet with matching earrings, the bracelet quality was terrible causing it to be scratchy against my wife's wrist. The earrings were not good either nor supplied in a sealed package which is off putting considering the obvious hygiene concerns after the recent pandemic. Abbott Lyon accepted the return of the bracelet but not the earrings due to company policy but neither item had not been worn and not been supplied in sterile packaging. Poor quality and very poor repetitive customer service.A waste of time and money. Avoid!

I was searching for the perfect place to create a custom jewelry piece for someone special, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. After months of waiting, I found out that the item was stuck at a postal office in another state. When I reached out for help, I was directed to an email response and told to pick up the item myself. The lack of concern and support was disheartening. I was then offered a replacement item, but it still hasn’t reached the recipient and is nowhere to be found. It’s extremely hard to get in touch with someone for real-time assistance, and finding the information I need on the website is equally challenging. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience and will not be shopping here again.

Item ordered in time for Christmas delivery, still waiting. Customer service is pathetic, I agree with other reviewer that responses are AI generated. Doubt the validity of all the reviews being so positive, maybe a few bot not these numbers. Still to see quality of goods ordered, not expecting much. If I could score less, it wouldn’t be above -10. Not recommended at all .

Ordered a necklace in the beginning of December and never received the item or any updates. The customer service is an AI and the email probably isn’t real. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Absolutely rubbish and ridiculous product ordered necklace with the name clair and looks nothing like it, now refusing refund so robbed me of £80 as saying it's personalised, well if that's the case sell it to another clair you will have no problem if that's the so called font you use!!!

Placed an order on December 2nd today is now the December 28th and still have not received anything. I have been eyeing this company for months to see if it was legit or not wish l would have never decide to purchase here. Never again. Refund me please.

I purchased from this company last year and I received my items promptly and they were beautiful! I placed an order for two necklaces December 2 and still have not received it December 26. That shipping time is ridiculous! Hopefully I will get it although Christmas is over and those gifts were not able to be delivered and given to my daughters. Moving forward, I will never purchase from this company again!!!

I ordered 2 bracelets for my daughter for Christmas on Dec 4th. They said it would be here by Dec 20th, but it was not. After sending several emails they said by Dec 24th and of course I will be out of town. They said the items come from the UK but in fact my order was coming from China. I have ordered twice from them before with no problem, but I will not be ordering from them again. To think they were mentioned on Good Morning America thus week. Good Luck to those who decide to try them. Deceptive company.

Can someone reply to my email please? Sent 3 since Thursday and no reply yet you’ve been posting on social media. I received ‘Evri repaired packaging’ with this sticker on with an empty box inside And no one is replying to me, I am out of pocket and with no gift that I bought for Christmas!! Absolutely disgusting company, not even willing to acknowledge or even investigate/raise a claim with the delivery company! My first order and was potentially going to be many more but I am completely shocked no one is even willing to reply. They’re very quick to reply otherwise but seems when there is an issue they just ignore you. I will be taking this further.

This company is a scam. I ordered a charm bracelet last Christmas for my daughter's birthday. She be gan to consistently wear the bracelet June 2024. The bracelet is supposedly real gold or real gold played this not supposed to tarnish. It did. I sent info a warranty claim. Also a link on the birthstone charm open and it fell off. They sent me a credit to replace the whole thing. I ordered a new bracelet and 2 charms. The birthstone color is not the same and the charms now have a different smaller link attachment. The original allowed you to move the charms across the bracelet. The new ones require you to use a tool to open and attach OR just put all charms in the clasp area of the bracelet (per a video they sent. Meanwhile the video shows the original charms with the larger links). They give me a credit for the birthstone charm. The credit is for an amount less than what the charm actually costs. No phone number to call just email. And their telling me I'm stuck with items I didn't purchase.

I ordered the finger print necklace in 2/12, I had to cancel the order as I still 18/12 haven’t received my fingerprint package to upload the print. Such a shame as it’s a lovely gift idea

Totally shockingly non existent customer service. Probably the worst I've known in recent years. I order items 28th November for a birthday 12th December. Still waiting !! Have asked for a refund which keeps getting ignored. I've asked to make an official complaint got ignored Have asked for my case to be escalated,that gets ignored too. All I get is generic emails back. I've asked direct questions which again get ignored I've been told there's been a delay on several occasions but no explanation. To quote Abbott Lyon Our customers are at the heart of everything we do here at Abbott Lyon and our Customer Service team is happy to help anytime you need! The customer service is actually the worst I've known and will definitely be spreading the word

After ordering on the 2nd December as a gift for Christmas thought this was plenty time. Delivery is to Africa and has not even left the uk yet feel so let down by this place. Email after email and still not any sign of it arriving soon. Asked for a refund and heard nothing since beginning to think iv been scammed yet again as there’s not much chance of it getting to my partner for Christmas id think before you buy from this place so let down again id like a refund if this is not being delivered
