“I returned an order with the total of 119.00 for a refund to my original payment method. I was sent an email saying that a store credit was sent with the total of 86.51. Where is the rest of my money and why was a store credit sent rather than my refund? I have emailed numerous times and the problem has not been resolved! Very frustrated customer 😡”

“I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter was really excited for this, it arrived a few days before Christmas .It was beautifully well packaged on arrival .however I have to be honest ,I was disappointed when I saw it - maybe it’s the style I chose . ,enamel name ,but it looks like it was bought from a seaside shop ,i know it’s not obvs real gold etc but it just looks like I could of bought it for the 3rd of the price. it’s just not the best quality at all ,the clasp looks dull the enamel is a little thinner in parts of the letters .I've spent less and got better quality costume jewellery . However my daughter loved it .i def wouldn’t buy it again .I’m sorry i really wanted to like it and this company but it looks cheap”
