“I hadn’t heard of Abbott Lyon before so wasn’t sure what to expect when I received my bracelet. I was very pleasantly surprised. It arrived promptly in lovely packaging and is a high quality, beautiful bracelet. I will definitely be ordering more jewellery to go with it! Would highly recommend Abbott Lyon. Thank you!”

“Placed an order a month before Christmas, was going to be gifts and never got it in time so asked for a refund. Customer service is shocking and trying to speak to someone is very difficult. Although ordered from here before and I had a totally different experience. Not satisfied!”

Not only that i ordered a my locket on the 4th December with even your TV adverts featuring stacey Solomon saying it takes 15 days so order by the 10th to get your Christmas delivery. You didnt try and deliver until After Christmas i am fuming and will never use you guys again.”

Very disappointing and when I reported my problem I was told you would replace it in up to 14 days but with no offer of a discount or voucher for the problem this caused me over Xmas! I requested a refund and I will not be ordering any more products in the future.”

“I love a tennis style bracelet and was sick of them breaking. I turned to Abbott Lyon partly due to Stacey Solomon and partly because of the 5 year guarantee and that their jewellery is waterproof. I love my tennis bracelet and that I can just put it on and leave it on. My only issue is the logo on the end of the chain catches as it’s not solid so fluffy jumpers etc get caught in the tiny gaps. Hopefully it won’t ruin too many jumpers with pulls etc”
