“Terrible customer service. My items ordered were supposed to be guaranteed delivery before Christmas and arrived 4 days later with the name spelled incorrectly on the custom made necklace. Abbott Lyon’s customer service team are not replying to the emails I have sent with photos and are basically non existent at this point. I will never use this company ever again and advise others reading this to steer clear too.”

“Ordered an item which was labelled ‘guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas’ in early December. Received no further updates until 23rd December when I had to chase for the whereabouts of my order. I was advised my order had been dispatched by the customer service team however, the tracking link provided did not update. It is now 31st December and following subsequent contact with the customer service team, my order is yet to be delivered and the tracking link provided has not been updated. Really disappointed with both the customer service and delivery service. My family member has now missed out on what was supposed to be a great personalised Christmas gift.”
