“Communication and product very good. Partner was very happy. Would definitely purchase again.”

“Awful company with terrible customer service. Can't contact by phone, any other form of communication they rarely ever reply. I had to send 6 emails over the course of a week until I received a reply. My order "went missing" and they didnt follow up on it for over a week, and that was only because i raised the issue. A company seemingly more interested in their social media hits than their customers. Would not purchase an item from Abbott Lyon again.”

“I'll say at 2 star rating is best you'll get Over priced definitely could of got better off Etsy for half the price There gift packaging is a joke 18£ for a cardboard sleeve and you have to put it all together your self Do not buy the gift packing can get better of eBay/Amazon But it's what my wife wanted so Only got 1 for the delivery speed The other as I have to put at least one”

“Previous customer service has been good so I don’t think my most recent experience is a true example of the company. But I ordered a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas and the box turned up empty. It was quite late delivery as it was so I had no time to get her anything else. I emailed immediately but have had no response. I understand they’ve been closed for Christmas so this is mostly to get someone’s attention so this can be sorted quickly. Other jewellery I’ve bought has been 7/10. Gems fall out but the colour tends to hold well. Better than other brands.”

“Really disappointed, ordered 3 items they turned up just in the nick of time only to be delivered in one small box .. as it was three separate gifts I felt this was unacceptable and embarrassing to gift in the small blister packs they arrived in .. On previous orders each item came individually boxed ! Not good”
