If I could give 0 stars, I would. For a company that is promoted by so many celebrities, the customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I paid extra for next day delivery and my items didn’t come the next day. When they did eventually arrive, one of the earrings were faulty. I’ve emailed but to receive a response with a resolution would be a miracle. This company takes days to respond! I wouldn’t mind but the quality of the jewellery I bought wasn’t even worth the price I paid! Do not order from this company!! According to social media I’m one of many customers not happy!

Lovely when arrived but after wearing the rings for a few days the gold started coming off. Very disappointed 😞.

I was really disappointed. I bought the bracelet for a friend. The clasp was broken when she opened the gift. She tried to return it and get a replacement. She received standard emails a week apart asking for photos, videos and finally after three weeks was told a replacement was on its way. It never arrived. I then contacted you. I too received the standard emails asking for a photo then a video . Clearly no one was actually reading my communications. Eventually you did send a replacement bracelet. But it took forever and was not a pleasant experience.

Recently purchased the initial/birthstone necklace was really dissatisfied with the colour of the chain I felt it looked tarnished I sent an email asking for someone to call me I wanted to know if it was faulty I’m still waiting for someone to call me so I’ve now sent the item back for refund shame you let yourselves down

Have a faulty item and have tried through all sorts of messages to get information for return and still one week later nothing. Think very carefully before you but as you haven’t any way to contact and when you do it takes days for them to even reply. Currently sitting on a wasted £80. Fuming

Be warned - the company takes on orders of which they DO NOT have stock for and do not advise you that they cannot deliver within their advertised delivery times because they are “busier than normal”. Really disappointed that after waiting 2 weeks after I placed my order, I received an email to tell me they do not have the item ordered and I could wait another three weeks (until they receive the stock + delivery time) or pick something else. This is even more disappointing especially as I was told my order was on track and I’d get a dispatch email today! I questioned the progress of my order as it had been two weeks since placing the order and they had not kept to the advertised delivery times - they should have been open and honest when I raised my concern! In fact, they should be open and honest BEFORE taking my payment about the accuracy of their lead times. Everything on the website states that orders are processed within 1 working day and I paid for delivery that they quote to be 2-4 working days. At no point before taking my money, do they advise that they’ve taken on more orders than they can cope with and even if they had the item, it would take longer than they advertise for delivery. It baffles me that in this day and age, an e-commerce retail company does not even have an accurate stock management system in place! If they’re “busier than normal” then they should have a note on the website with accurate lead times rather than hold on to a customers money for two weeks in hope that they’ll then wait even longer for what they ordered! Refund requested as I don’t want to change to something I didn’t want to start with, nor do I have the trust in the company to actually deliver it let alone in a timely manner.

I ordered two bracelets a mini heart bracelet( which i received) and a crystal heart bangle of which i didn't receive in my order, i notified Abbott Lyon and had to take photos of my order. I am a unsatisfied customer

Order not received so that’s £60 down the drain (that I really cannot afford) and looking at these reviews I think Ill leave it at that and not bother trying to contact anyone! Just wish Id read these reviews first. Gutted.

I ordered my bracelet on the 13th august. On the 23rd august they said it was ready and being sent to evri but not heard anything since. The website hasn’t been updated and no one is replying to my emails. I got an email the other day asking if I was happy with it 🤦‍♀️

Didn’t receive my mini bracelet with the rest of my order, when I contacted Abbott Lyon I was told to check the packaging a week later, which had obviously been disposed of . I was then told that they are looking into it and weeks later am still waiting for a response

I have ordered some beautiful items from this company in the past and I am saddened by my most recent experience with them. I made an order of over £100 (one of many this year, I might add!) which was never delivered, however the courier (Evri - SHOCKER!) recorded it as delivered. I checked all my neighbours, my safe places, others in the household, and even an entire week's worth of Ring Doorbell activity - at no point within a 7 day window did that courier come anywhere near my road. He did not leave a photo or a location pin either. Therefore, Evri have deemed it unaccounted for and advised that I will need to raise it with Abbott Lyon who will either reimburse me in full OR they will re-issue my order. Well, IF ONLY! I have sent an email (as there is no telephone number) giving them my Tracking number, order number, and a very brief explanation of my issue advising that Evri have forwarded me to them. I got a pointless reply referring to a partial item of the order and totally ignoring the rest. I replied explaining, yet again, that it has not been delivered and that Evri have advised me to contact them. I got another reply saying "its been marked as delivered, please use the tracking service". So I replied AGAIN to explain AGAIN what has happened. Nothing. I then tried the so-called "live chat" - absolute joke that is. Not one single response other than an automated message (THREE HOURS LATER!) saying as I've not responded I'll have to start again. I've even sent the CEO a LinkedIn message which has also gone ignored. So here I am, having spent £462.89 this year with this company, and still have NO delivery. It is fair to say I am beyond infuriated.
