Ordered 28th August, delivery states 2-4 days, 14th September and still no delivery and now Abbott Lyon are not responding to my emails. Terribly customer service, very disappointed!!

Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered 2 anklets but received 2 bracelets. After contacting AL i got response emails asking for pictures of the incorrect items (one of which has a faulty clasp) I have not had a response since despite sending numerous chaser emails. For a company as high profile as this who works with celebrities to promote their ranges. All I want is a response to resolve my issue and get the correct items that I ordered.

I bought a personalised necklace for my wife’s birthday. I received it approximately 2-3 weeks after placing my order. Abbott Lyon supposedly pride themselves on their quality control which accounts for the delay - which you are made aware of at the time of ordering. My wife opened the parcel and was impressed, as was I. My wife then put the necklace on and it became apparent that the clasp had been put on the wrong way round as the clovers would not sit on her neck correctly and therefore did not show the personalisation I had purchased. Now I know that mistakes can happen so I contacted the company via their email system as they state to do. I heard nothing for 8 days, so I sent a further email again nothing. I then sent a message through the website and received and email straight away apologising and requesting pictures. I sent these on to the same email address and again am yet to hear anything. I am now approximately 4 weeks after my initial complaint and have not heard anything from Abbott Lyon. I held off from writing this as the quality is very good however the customer service and the finish is lacking unfortunately. I would recommend finding another jewellers.

Customer service is shocking …. Item never arrived (despite paying extra for next working day shipping) - the customer service chat app does not generate a timely response and emails are ignored. For a heavily marketed brand that is not exactly cheap, I would expect better ….

I ordered the triple chain necklace in gold. When it arrived the colour was yellow not gold and when I wore the three chains together they got tangled. I arranged to return but am still waiting for my refund. Despite numerous emails to Abbott Lyon chasing up my refund I can’t get a reply. I’m not happy and would not recommend this company!

I ordered a necklace with 2 initials and a birth stone. It never sits right, the stone always faces the other way to the letters and vice versa. Also the stone was the April birth stone which is a diamond. On the website it shows a diamond effect stone, however this necklace came with a clear stone (with no backing) and you can see the gold necklace behind it which makes it look yellow. Poorly made & really disappointed with my order. Have contacted customer service about this issue and they said “the necklace turns with movement” which is very unhelpful. This necklace was not cheap and I will not wear it as it looks terrible! Very unhappy and won’t be ordering again from this website.

Very unprofessional company and unhelpful customer service. I was unhappy with my order and was basically told to 'get on with it'. Company is quick to take your money but offers no form of personalised customer service. Charging a high price for items you can purchase at a competitor, with much better customer service when you face an issue. I wouldn't waste your money. Reputation says a lot about a company, and it doesn't seem like they care much about theirs.

The quality of the product is not up to par for what was paid or advertised. I had initially bought the November stone necklace (yellow stones) and after about a month of consistent wear the beads faded to a pale yellow and the chain had tarnished and turned the inside black/green. I was able to get a replacement but had a similar experience with the small heat signet ring tarnishing and having to be replaced (now even the replacement has started to turn my thumb green also so I will have to get a third one sent). I assume it's because I had bought them on a 2FOR1 deal (which was the reason I could not get a refund but had to replace the items).

Shocking company. Cheap rubbish. Expensive price tag for such awful quality. The s pendant set I ordered was so bad. The chain was weak. The s was cut so sharply that you could never wear it against your skin. Returns are a nightmare. You have to request a reason and label. When they do respond you discover that they charge you fir it on refunding. As for the 5 day refund policy. They had mine back 2 weeks ago and still haven’t refunded. I’ve sent proof or return etc but still no sign of the refund. Thankfully I paid PayPal so have asked them to recover the money.

I have t yet received my order. The parcel was delivered late, had been opened and cello-taped back together and the earring were missing. Still waiting for someone to get back to me on next steps!

Just awful customer service. Ordered 6th August in time for my daughters birthday 23 August. Returned my order 16th for a replacement as damaged charm and bracelet too small being advised my exchange would be turned around in 5days . I’ve still not received the charm or bracelet over a month from placing original order. You can’t get in touch with Abbott Lyon other than by email, you get a first email confirming receipt of email and someone will be in touch. A second asking for details of return then a we will look into it ……then nothing. Another service complaint email not even replied to. All I wanted was a matching bracelet for the necklace my daughter has and gift it for her birthday. Can’t even see it resolved any time soon. Never dealt with a company like it ever!!!
