“Ordered 23rd Nov still not received on 18th dec Customer service has been shocking,told made but not despatched. Then told its being made . Given 19th for delivery now moved to 22nd . No reply to emails . Both my items not received just broken delivery dates 😢. Last year this company was brilliant and items beautiful. 1 star due to very poor customer service”

“I love Abbot Lyon jewellery!! I recently realised that my gold heart bangle kept falling off as there was a problem with the clasp. I contacted Abbot Lyon and, after submitting a video of problem they instantly came up with a solution. I received a code to purchase a new bangle (or anything if my choice. I ordered on a Monday evening and received new bangle the next day (free of charge). I am really impressed with the company and it’s really helpful staff.”

“I had an item in my basket and did not realise that my card details had been saved, as I did not request this. When I attempted to delete the item from my basket and remove my stored card details, the system unexpectedly processed the order and displayed “Thank you for your order. I did not intend to place an order and did not authorise any payment. I attempted to resolve this via the online chat, but it was an AI chat service and did not assist. I then emailed customer support and was advised to return the item. I informed them that I was contacting my bank, as the payment was not authorised. Since then, I have received no further response. I have now contacted my bank.”
