“The ordering was simple and the jewellery arrived packed well in a lovely box and the jewellery itself looks stunning and good quality. The only downside was that the delivery took nearly 3 weeks, however customer service was good and explained that it was taking longer as some of the items were bespoke with initials or names. And fortunately it did all arrive just in time for Xmas. I would order again from them.”

“I have ordered from Abbott Lyon in the past and it never disappoints. This order was engraved Green Quartz Heart Huggie Earrings for my sister with her children’s initials engraved on the back. She was very emotional opening them on Christmas Day and I’m so glad she loved them as much as I did. They were very high quality and the delivery time was great.”

“Previously ordered from Abbott Lyon and had a good experience and lovely product. However, my parcel was missing for weeks and despite chasing this, they were unable to resolve this in time for Christmas for a very sentimental gift. I ordered a necklace of my daughter’s name who was recently born as a stillbirth, their customer service was quite shocking and lack of empathy/any human compassion. Provided store credit and unable to reply to them, knowing this wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas due to their errors, and I’m not able to purchase this elsewhere in time due to my circumstances and the meaning behind it. I will not be repurchasing or recommending this brand anymore”

“Terrible delivery, I ordered a personalised item 29th November & was given delivery date as 13th December. I recieved an email saying the necklace had been made and was going through quality control & delivery was on track. 13th December can & no necklace so I chased it up & was told on the live chat they couldn't give me a shipping update so I had to submit an enquiry and wait for reply. 3 days passed & I still hasn't heard so I sent another live chat & again they couldn't give me tracking. It's now 17th December, they were still cantering Christmas delivery so I sent another enquiry asking for another necklace e to be sent out. I got a tracking notification from Evri & hoped it would be the necklace I ordered, it was but not until the 23rd did i receive an email from AL. I understand you're busy but this necklace was ordered in plenty of time & the customer service was shocking. Necklace is very nice but I would be very nervous about using them in the future due to poor service”

“After seeing the Black Friday TV adverts I order 2 items on 30th November, a bracelet and a personalised necklace. The necklace was supposed to arrive by the very latest 17th December but I had to chase it several times and it eventually arrived 22nd Dec and missed the birthday it was intended for. I was quite disappointed as the products were decent.”

“I contacted Abbott Lyon as an initial had come off my clover necklace. I'd had it over a year but saw the 5 year warranty on their website. Queried on boxing day about a replacement with photo evidence, and less than 12 hours later had a response with a unique credit note via email to repurchase! Absolutely over the moon, fantastic customer service and will definitely use again in the future for gifts and for myself 😀 100000% happy customer.”
