“Ordered many times never had issues beautiful jewellery this time had a problem with the personalisation on the box but it was quickly and efficiently fixed by one of the staff and the jewellery was very good quality”

“AVOID ordered a fingerprint pendant for Christmas and was awaiting a fingerprint kit to be sent out as that's what was on my order confirmation after weeks of waiting I contacted them only to be told that they dont send kits out anymore that it is done on an app and the fingerprint has to be sent at point of purchase I explained I wasnt aware of this and that I therefore havent including it with the order if I was to email them would they add it to my order was told no they can't do that and was nothing else they could do for me so my purchase can't be processed without a fingerprint but they cannot add the fingerprint to my order i have emailed on a number of occasions only to be ignored disgraceful”

“Over the Christmas period my order was lost in transit. I reached out to Abbott Lyon customer service and they reassured me and have arranged to have a replacement sent out to me. I was also given credit to spend on the website to make up for the inconvenience. This is the third purchase I have made with this company and the other orders arrived promptly. I am very satisfied with the action the customer service team took to rectify the situation.”

“I have recently placed two orders and have been delighted with the quality of the pieces received. One order was placed prior to Christmas and there were delays dispatching it due to demand, but Abbott Lyon kept me regularly updated and even offered to change the delivery date as the item was delivered on Christmas Eve.
