“Ordered my first piece of jewelley and was really pleased with my purchase so much I then ordered a further two pieces hoping to have then for Christmas but not really expecting them "Low and behold" i received in time for Christmas. Really appreciated the effort these guys made for me. Use again ?? Definetely !!”

“I was incredibly shocked at the quality of the jewellery. It is very cheap, my necklace that I spent hours crying over on Christmas Day came bent, my photo in the locket was scratched. I was mortified. That is all I wanted for Christmas from my husband and children. I also bought a name necklace and a bracelet, the clasp has already fallen apart on the bracelet and the name necklace seems ok for now. I mean, we are only day 3 of wearing it and already I'm so disappointed. I only thought I'd try as it had been advertised by influencers so assumed it would be great quality. But intend. I am walking away disappointed. Even my Husbad had purchased the gift for me way back in November and it arrived the day before Christmas. After much 'live chat' communication to find the item. Please if you're buying, to save disappointed I'd go for sale items not full price. And I wouldn't rely on the personalised items.”

“Really disappointed with the time it took to deliver the personalised bracelet. It took 3 weeks from order to first delivery date, which then wasnt met. I then contacted the customer service team and was given an automated response reassuring me I would get my delivery before Christmas. I didnt need to the gift as a Christmas present it was a birthday gift that was needed for the 20th December. I contacted the Social media team who responded to me by telling me to contact customer service via email that I had already done. Not helpful. It took over another week to receive it a day before Christmas. It took over a month to get my order to recive a late birthday gift. Due to this, I would not want to purchase from Abbott Lyon again. Unreliable and lacks personal contact.”
