“I have just recieved my custom Robin coin necklace. Unfortunately the birthstone was missing. The aftersales service I recieved was superb. I have just had an email from Nicole confirming that a replacement is being sent out. This issue was dealt with within a week. Great product and service.”

“I actually can’t remember ever receiving such good customer service . Through no fault of the company I have arranged to return one of my ordered items. They have been very prompt at replying to emails and have assisted me all the way. I honestly can’t speak highly enough about this company and I will definitely be ordering from them again. “The birthstone necklaces I ordered were pretty and of good quality and delivery was quick. I ordered two other necklaces for layering but made a mistake when ordering one of them. Customer service were brilliant and made it easy to return it and refunded my money. I recommend this good company.”
