“Abbott Lyon have the most gorgeous pieces of jewellery and they have something for everyone! I've worn my pieces every day since I have received them and I get so many compliments on them. My order was delivered so quickly and was packaged really well. Ordering was a very simple process; very easy to do, and I also received a extra, free bracelet with my order because I spent over a certain amount!”

“I received the watch I had ordered and unfortunately it was faulty. I was very disappointed as it was for a Christmas present. I sent photos via email to the customer service team and within 24 hours they had credited my account to order again as agreed the photos showed some damage. They turned the situation around and I would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you”

“I shopped in the Black Friday Sale and the offer meant I would receive a free bracelet but that never arrived with the order so I contacted customer services who responded so quickly and resolved this issue immediately with such a lovely pleasant attitude.
