“My experience with Abbott Lyon has been terrible. I placed an order on October 8th for a custom jewelry piece. Their site promised 10–12 days for production plus free shipping. Instead, once the order shipped, I suddenly received a request from Exelot demanding $62.05 in “customs fees”—something that was never disclosed upfront. To make things worse, the shipping company admitted they lost my package and cannot provide updates. The package was supposed to arrive by 11/19—now it’s 11/21 and still nothing. Abbott Lyon customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful. Even after I told them the carrier couldn’t find the package, they told me to “follow up after the 19th” instead of escalating or providing a real solution. No supervisor reached out and no attempt was made to make things right. Extremely disappointed. I will never order from them again.”

“I honestly can't fault them at all. I had some earrings that had broken and they were super quick to resolve the problem within a couple of hours of me first emailing. I can't rate them enough, the jewellery is always good quality. I've ordered from the lm a few times now and can't fault the customer care or the products at all.”
