“Bought 2 heart designed bangles for £69. Clasp is faulty/loose and they constantly fall off without warning! Clearly its a faulty clasp but customer service wont do anything ( only bought 3 weeks ago and am requesting an exchange!) until i send a video of the loose clasp!? How do i capture a video of the clasp opening adhoc.. without warning… on my wrist one minute and ping its gone!? Absurd!! So will not be buying again!!!at that price i expect jewllery to be a bit more robust”

“Do not spend your hard earned money on these products. I bought the name necklace and an initial necklace, both was a waste of money. They were dark in color when they arrived and has since turned darker. I wore these one time and now there are retired. Waste, waste, waste of money.”

“The bar pendant is very small & flat. Not like a 'bar' at all. Im disappointed at just how lightweight & small it is. The chain is even more disappointing! I added the extender as I dont like necklaces too tight. The extender is like cheap metal and basically makes a really pretty chain look like cheap costume jewellery. Took me such a long time to decide to buy from Abbott Lyon and the first piece Ive bought is a huge let down.I won't ever buy from here again. Much cheaper versions of similar jewellery elsewhere.Be warned!”

“I ordered a ring for a birthday present nearly 4 weeks ago . The delivery time was stated as 10/15 days . I received an email 8 days ago to say it had been despatched but it is still awaiting carrier scan ? Where is my order ? Customer service is terrible. I want my ring or a refund as I will need to buy something else . I will never order from this company again !”

“Ordered a ring and a necklace, requested a bigger size in the ring and a refund of the necklace got told to send it back and they deal with it when it arrives, this has been over a week and still heard nothing from them, I haven’t checked there social media and it looks like they do this to everyone. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE”

“Bought 2 necklaces for gifts and added the gift bags which are lovely but still pretty expensive. Only one arrived (damaged underneath) and I immediately reported it. The missing bag was offered to be replaced, not the damaged one, and still hasn't arrived (Evri say there's a delay). I have had to give the gifts - one with a bag and one without - as the deadline is now past. Spoilt the experience if but for a bag, the presentation is everything with this type of gift.”
