I asked to pay more for an important delivery to arrive on time ten days after ordering, however there was no help what’s so ever from the customer service team. Just someone repeatedly telling me delivery is up to 15 days… no willingness to help the customer or compromise in any way.

Posted items that weren’t available. No communication that the order wasn’t going to be filled. Customer service is nonexistent - no phone number to call and nobody answers their emails. Will never do business with them again.

Ordered a December birthstone ring for my partner. Happy days I thought as it looked good and was reduced for Black Friday. First one turned up Tuesday, wrong colour stone. Fair enough mistakes happen I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Helpful customer service emailed me back the following day to arrange a new hopefully correct one sent out. Arrived yesterday and surprise surprise it was the wrong one again. Now I’m annoyed. Emailed back to see what was going on and they’ve now sold out of the item I was after. Must have some right wallys working here for that to happen not once but twice. I’ll be avoiding this company in future and I’d suggest anyone reading this do the same.

Very happy with the item, however the delivery was abysmal. Despite the Evri courier taking a picture of an item put through our letter box it was indeed the WRONG parcel which he actually left under our front door mat...!!! You seriously need to reconsider your delivery firm as they are irresponsible, unreliable and quite clearly mislead both yourselves and the customer...

Ordered a lovely box design bracelet as a gift, when it did eventually arrive (took 2 weeks) we found that what was sent wasn't a box design but a link chain, have been emailing back & forth with no resolve as yet as want full refund as keep getting told this is the new design box chain, unfortunately I think the product designers need to look up what a box design is as this clearly isn't. Still no resolution as after a full refund & they're trying to fob me off.

A real let down, ordered a bracelet for my daughter in law, snapped within 2 weeks. My daughter ordered me a bracelet in October for my birthday, received an email to say they had snapped it whilst making it, told it’ll be 2weeks late, then received another one saying won’t be until December!!. Terrible

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered box chain name necklace which Stacey Solomon promotes. Came over 2 weeks later with different chain , contacted the company , and their response was oh sorry we are no longer using the box chain we have replaced it with a better quality box chain , which has no resemblance to a box chain what so ever , said they had changed the image on the website now, which was a lie it’s still the box design I ordered on there , they probably had no stock , in the end offered me 15% refund. I’m annoyed because they had plenty of time to ask me if I was happy with a different chain , this was a gift for my daughter. Just hope she likes the New Design , will not recommend this company , they are so unprofessional when it comes to customer service , and delivery is shocking , a very unhappy and annoyed customer ,

I am really disappointed with the service I have had from Abbott Lyon, I purchased a few pieces including the clover necklace, this does not sit right and the charm is always back to front. I contacted them but they are not interested in trying to solve the problem and keep fobbing me off by saying the more I move the more the necklace will change position. I think the chains are fixed in the wrong place. The websites states 'Happiness Guaranteed!' I am far from happy. I was waiting for the Product Team to get in touch and I have just received an email saying they have closed the case as they had not heard from me. I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

I ordered a present since 06-11 for my neices 16th birthday this Friday 17-11 and when I tried to track the order it has been returned to sender since 1 week ago! No-one has notified me that it was returned to sender from the delivery company, or given a reason. No refund has been given either as to date. Appalling "service" I'd not be buying from here again!

Still haven’t received the item after having ordered 5 weeks ago. When I enquired was told it had been lost in transit and I would need to reorder, then the advisor went on to say that it’s ‘better late than never’ in response to me saying it was a birthday present, absolutely shocking customer service. Was then told due to this poor response I would receive 10% off which I am yet to get and the reorder has also not come. Extremely disappointed and won’t be purchasing from this unreliable site again.

Really disappointed that you wont refund the faulty item you sent where a personalised letter has been put on upside-down. Really poor customer service and won’t be ordering again. Really sad.

Clover personalised bracelet is poor quality. The letters are extremely rough around the edges! Admittedly, when challenged for a refund I was asked to send photo evidence which is pointless as this cannot be seen in a photo.

I ordered a ring as a gift from Abbott Lyon but it never arrived. I ordered it well in advance to have it in time for a significant date however owing to a mistake by Abbott Lyon I have now been left empty handied for an anniversary with no sign of the ring or a solution in site. Abbott Lyon sent a partially incorrect delievery address to the courier company (wrong postal code) causing the delivery to be attempted, failed and returned back to the UK from Ireland. I tried rectifying Abbott Lyon's mistake with the courier by giving the correct postal code Abbott Lyon failed to do but it was returned to sendder anyway. I have rechecked and rechecked and have the email confirmations to show all information provided by me was 100% accurate and the mistake was by Abbott Lyon. Incredibly disappointed to be left empty handed on an anniversary by Abbott Lyon. I would strongly suggest not purchasing from them to avoid similar disappointment.

Ordered the Clover name necklace, first one that arrived fault which they did replace. Now most of the initials gave come off the necklace, so it the extra cost was a complete waste of money, only had it on a few times. Wouldn’t recommend buying this and adding your name, couldn’t upload picture.

Still waiting for item ordered 7 weeks ago. A series of errors and misrepresentations from customer services. I have no confidence that I will ever receive this item. Please don't order for Christmas expecting items to arrive within their 2-3 week time frame.

Awful company selling cheap items that come from China. I bought 2 name bracelets with “enamel” letters on. Haven’t worn the gold one but the silver one I noticed one of the coloured ‘enamel’ letters came off, I actually found it on the floor and it wasn’t enamel more like coloured plastic and had clearly been glued on. I sent photos to their customer services and they said they would send a replacement. I waited weeks and no sign of the replacement so I contacted them again only to be told it had never been ordered, they were very sorry and gave me a 10% refund on my order as a gesture of goodwill and would order my replacement and I would now have to wait 3 weeks rather than the 7 -10 working days as they were so busy ( I guess all those celeb endorsements they bought are paying off) anyway 7 WEEKS later and still no sign of the replacement, emailed again and have now been ignored. If they do answer you it’s usually the middle of the night so guessing the agents are in China also with the time difference although they always sign off with western names. Clearly trying to pretend things are being made by hand in the U.K. rather than mass produced in China. Their packaging is beautiful but their products are cheap and you never get to message with the same customer service agent twice.. it’s always someone new… the 2 year Warranty is a joke as mine broke after a few months and still hasn’t been sorted out… AVOID!

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered my necklace about a month ago. It supposedly shipped on 9.28.23 still can’t track the shipping and it’s 10/10 Not worth the hassle. I would say Do NOT purchase from this site.
