“Charm Builder Necklace - the charms attached to the necklace do not stay in position and turn with either the back of the charm showing or the charm upside down - the initials charms I picked are upside down 99% of the time. Apparently it’s the nature of necklace - would not recommend.”

“This was ordered as a Christmas gift on the 2nd of December and it's not here as of the 27th. Yet after ordering I receive promo emails from them offering Christmas delivery if ordered by the 18th... I won't be surprised if turns out this is a $3 Aliexpress bracelet on delivery if it ever shows up. Picture of order confirmation included before they reply with the boilerplate "we can't confirm your order with the information provided" response. 👎”

“Ordered twice. Both got lost. I felt the emails from customer services were just full of false platitudes and no one really looked into my complaint. In the end I did and discovered they had used an incorrect postcode. Even after having been asked to confirm my address before the replacement was sent out.”

“Shocking service from Abbott Lyon I would tell anyone interested to give a very wide berth! I ordered a custom bag for my daughter’s Christmas and the custom name arrived with no bag! You can’t make it up and customer service didn’t even try to resolve. I will not use again and definitely not recommend.6 days to go and I have to go and find another present oh and I won’t get my refund for 3-5 days!! Avoid avoid avoid”

“If I could give 0 stars then I would. The 12-15 days delivery took 22 days, and then this arrived... Baring in mind I ordered a personalised ring for 'Paige' as you can tell from the photo, it does not read that. They're trying to state that it's the font and wasn't incorrect, but surely if the P and the a have merged, then that is a fault, whether with the production or design. Unless you have seen a photo of the item personalised in the name you require, I wouldn't waste your money because if they create it and its a faulty design they won't replace or refund you and you're stuck with an item that doesn't say what you want it to say...”

“Just overall a pretty dishonest company. They don’t come close to their estimated delivery date, lie about their product, and are very difficult to get a hold of. I’d give 0 stars if I could. After a month of back forth I gave up on them and I’m awaiting a refund I’m not confident that will ever come.”

“Bought 2 for my daughter of the crystal name design necklaces …. If anyone is thinking of ordering them DONT !!! First of all took nearly a month to get here, secondly even on the 2 for 1 offer the quality is shocking look like a bit of tat off the market .. don’t waste your money”

“Very Poor! Made an order on the 24th November for Christmas delivery. Contacted them on the 12th December when order hadn't arrived. Received an email from the courier to say they had the order and ready to deliver. Then receive an email from Abbott Lyon telling me the courier has returned it to them. Abbott Lyon then failed to respond to my complaint in time and are now unable to fulfil my order before Christmas. They are still blaming the courier. Courier still say they are going to deliver it as they have it. No one is able to give me an answer as to where my order is but it won't be here in time for Christmas. Be very wary of using these!”

“Forgot to book express delivery at check out and only noticed when further marketing emails received counting down the hours until the deadline tonight. Disappointed that although I only purchased today and was still within the deadline to book express delivery, I received a message to say my delivery choice couldn’t be amended. Asked if I could cancel order and then start new order to be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas but then received no reply. Will miss the deadline for Xmas delivery now. Of course I expected to pay and totally my fault but very disappointed.”

“Next day delivery isn’t next day. It’s a ‘we will give it to a courier and they may deliver it at some point, but we did our bit so byeeeeee’ Customer service is terrible. You get generic, copy pasted emails that don’t even get a read through for seeing if they make sense. No chance of a refund any time soon either.”

“So upset that I ordered something early December for an Xmas present and there saying it won’t come before Christmas after speaking on live chat yesterday why advertise Christmas delivery if it’s not going to happen such ashame first time using you , not sure il be using you again and whoever I spoke to must of been on repeat couldn’t even cancel my order even though it’s not made yet”

“I placed an order during the 2for1 sale and immediately upon confirming order realized that the discount code didn’t apply at checkout. I immediately began a chat to cancel and place the order again using the discount code and was told this was not possible. That is entirely mindblowing to me and I will never purchase another item from this company again.”
