“Had an issue with a delivery, couldn’t have had better customer service, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend buying from here as they go above and beyond. The jewellery is beautiful too. Can’t recommend enough !”

“Hi I bought the gold necklace a few weeks ago as a special present for my daughters 40th birthday.To be honest I wasn't impressed it's a very very fine chain I was expecting better quality.It didn't even come boxed just in a little paper package and a bag which I paid extra for..very disappointed”

“Have multiple pieces of jewellery from AL which I love. I decided to order 2 customised bracelets as presents however one item wasn’t what I ordered. I got in contact with AL by email where I showed what I ordered and what I received and was replied to promptly offering a replacement bracelet and within about 12 hours the order was confirmed. Customer service was excellent. Disappointing I was sent the wrong bracelet but mistakes happen - very happy with the response from the AL team. Thank you!”
