“Never received item. A month after I ordered it, i got a sketchy email saying I had to pay a $60 tariff on a $100 necklace. The site it sent me to, to pay the tariff looked like a total scam”

“I can not complain about the item I ordered but the experience with customer service is dreadful. I ordered a script bracelet for a birthday gift and the time for delivery on the website was 4 days. Six weeks later, numerous emails that were answered by generic emails I received the item. Too late for the intended birthday present. The emails I was sent appear to be a stalling tactic as they say your item is in our workshop, waiting for dispatch etc”
