I ordered the wrong item, i was charged of course, i panicked, emailed them to cancel and within an hour or so they had cancelled my order and credited back immediately. I then ordered the correct item.. All good.. I am yet to recieve my items so cannnot comment on quality but couldn't resist and ordered more today.. Looking forward to receiving all my goodies.”

I re ordered on 11th November and I’m STILL waiting , I had an email on the 20th November saying “not long to wait now !” . Utterly hopeless, I’m wondering if the item will ever arrive 😡 Very unhappy as this was a birthday present for my daughter, her birthday was on 8th November.”
