“Is literally just an empty box for the price I was expecting tissue paper or some box for The actual jewellery to be kept in looked pretty pathetic just a tiny bracelet in a huge empty box”

“Amazing designs but not worth the price as quality and materials used are cheap. No matter what, these will fade over time. All items seem to be smaller than what they look in the imahes. The images show too much jewellry worn at the same time so it makes the jewellry look better n more glamourous but pieces on their own in real life are different. The packaging is nice. Some of the items made of real sterling silver or gold are nice but overall Id say you are paying for the designs as the cheap materials allows more creativity.”

“Waited a long time for it to come, bearing in mind I'd rang the day after ordering to either change the design or cancel the order but was told it was in production! It's a present for this weekend so will give it but still disappointed by customer service. Never again 😒”

“The stem of the earrings are very very bendy, a bit concerned they may snap quickly”

“Quite disappointed... the necklace is advertised as being a fine chain, it's quite chunky and the silver is very dark compared to all of my other silver from another well known jeweller. It looks cheap and not sure how well it will last, but we'll see. Be wary of the photos.. they look a beautiful sparkly silver and the reality is they are a dark grubby silver.”

“I was so looking forward to receiving my ring but when it arrived it didn’t have all the stamps on that I had ordered, this issue was resolved very quickly from the live chat and a new one ordered without charge the ring itself is of such good quality and very well made it just my ordered was messed up so I couldn’t give 5 stars”
