Having sent my previous purchase back, I’m much happier with this but I’m very disappointed to find that today this item is now 2for1 had I been made aware of this I would’ve taken this option!!

The clasp doesn’t close fully and I wish it was clearer that the order you select the charms is the order they will be in on the bracelet as I would have selected a different order

On the positive side I had plenty of updates from the order confirmation to the dispatch for delivery, which can't be said of too many suppliers. However, there were times I felt like saying "stop telling me about just send it!" Just after the order was confirmed there was a notification that it was being "crafted" then several days later it was being "polished", a few days later it was being "inspected" and then finally "packaged". It just took so long, nearly 3 weeks, that the delivery was too late for it to be given to my great-niece on her 18th birthday. The necklace was an item she had particularly chosen herself so it was a little disappointing that it didn't arrive earlier. With regards to the actual necklace, it seemed okay, I only had a cursory glance at it before giving it to my great-niece and she appears to be happy with it, which is fine by me.

Lovely necklace but after 2 attempts of them looking at the length I have give up trying as the necklace length stated 16-18 came up short both times. Overall, the finish would be lovely if it was the right length.

Beautiful work but would definitely say size up, I got my normal ring size and it’s too tight and unable to wear Can’t fault the effort and how beautiful the work, packaging, attention to detail. Would recommend to size up on the ring .

Lovely earrings but one had a very loose clasp which resulted in loosing the charm and you can’t replace the charms on their own.

Ordered a beautiful gift builder necklace with my initial, birth stone, zodiac symbol and a butterfly. The birth stone however hasn’t turned up the how it looked on the website which I’m very disappointed with unfortunately. I chose the April stone, and it’s totally different to how it looks on the site. Doesn’t stand out at all like it should. The rest of the necklace is beautiful however.

It took over a month for my necklace to come that had pictures of random people i did not ask for. the first person i spoke to on customer service wasn’t very helpful and kept saying just to wait, but then another helped me out straight away and immediately they sent me a new one out which is now correct and i absolutely love it. just a shame i had to wait a month and a half for a necklace.

Disappointed with the size of the letters and the bag had lots of indentations on the front from the chain straps that had compressed in.

Unfortunately the gift wrap arrived marked. Disappointing after spending £6 on it additionally. Also thought the wax sticker would arrive for own use but they place it in the corner of bag. Not where I would have chosen to display it.

A little disappointed and underwhelmed with the product. Looks a little 'cheap' and i'd ordered two - my daughter also upset that the necklace didnt have any of the X / O features. Not sure if the offer of buy one get one free was for a 'cheaper' version of the product. Also the necklaces are quite small in length - you cant wear at different lengths due to the fastening clasp.

Feel a little disappointed with the overall experience tbh! My bag arrived promptly and well packaged but my bag had some dirty marks along with what appeared to be biro marks. I informed AL immediately and provided photos and after what was a fairly lengthy chain of emails and messing around trailing to the post office and sending postage receipts they eventually replaced my bag. In the interests of good customer care I feel a collection service should have been offered, whereby a new bag could have been delivered at the same time. On the plus side, my replacement bag is very beautiful and I am exceptionally pleased with it.

Overall the products was beautiful but I did ask for the watch to be engraved and gift boxed and they sent one out which wasn’t although once I contacted they sent a replacement engraved and boxed the next day so I was pleased with that but then the second part of order came and the bracelet which I asked to be gift bagged came with no gift bag I was highly disappointed and all they gave me back was the £5 I paid for a gift bag you expect after everything which had gone wrong for some kind of gesture offered as a kind Will gesture but I didn’t get anything i don’t think I could order from here again for a present after this for this reason, which is a shame as the jewellery is gorgeous, and also the customised jewellery needs to be made more aware that takes longer even tho they said they have it in the site I didn’t see that and when I got my tracking it had all the items on it so was misleading although that wouldn’t stop me from ordering from here again it would be the missing items and not getting the items correct

One of my items never turned up. Nearly a week later still waiting. Very disappointing as it was bought for a gift to a friend and now her birthdays passed. So frustrating.

The prices are good when the sales are on but I was disappointed at how long it took to arrive. The communication at the beginning after ordering was very slow. Once my item had started to be made I did get regular updates. Not very happy with my purchase though as the gold is very 'yellow' making it look & feel cheap. I cant wear it and because its personalised I cant return it! Wasted money.
