Worst customer service. Terrible wait time. Horrible. Communication that’s non existent. They don’t care about you as a customer. They just want your money and want you to shut up. They will say one thing and then go back on it. I’ve never even received my product and they are refusing a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE. I gave plenty opportunities for them to make it right to me and they refuse. I’ve lost almost $100 with this company. I will be filing a report

Ordered the clover bracelet, £89 for cheap tatt..one of the clover inserts fell off/out within 2 hours of the first wear , not the first issue I've had with jewellery from AL I have many items from the site and have had issues a few times now.. beautiful, on trend jewellery but unfortunately the quality definitely does not reflect the price.

I ordered a fingerprint kit and necklace well before Christmas time. As Christmas approached I had still not received the fingerprint kit. I reached out and was told they would send another kit. As new years approached I had still not received one and reached out again. Again I was told I would get one sent this time with a guarantee of January 10th at the latest. It is currently January 14th and I am still yet to even get the fingerprint kit. I am definitely not hopeful that I will get the necklace any time soon but we will see. Overall it has been an extremely terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Do not buy anything from this company! Such a scam! Not cheap and I’m still awaiting the jewellery I ordered on 6th Dec 24 as a Christmas present for my partner. I’ve chased several times and just received lies and false promises in response. Today (12th Jan 25) they tell me they haven’t even started to make my jewellery yet!!!!! Complete joke!

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings as a gift for friends. Earrings arrived, I opened them to check they were correct. I opened the box and the earrings (hoops) were tiny. I knew they were too small as they look like the size to fit a child. Therefore, i went on their website to start a refund or even to swap for studs. I received an email stating that they do not take returns on earrings (despite them not being touched or even worn) due to hygiene. I understand this and respect this, but not once before purchasing does it state this, and not once does it clarify that once bought that there isnt a way of returning or swapping. I have emailed and customer service is absolutely useless and no help at all. I am not stuck with 2 pairs of £60 earrings that are no use to me and no help at all. I would avoid buying from this company unless you know for sure it will fit - as they do not accept returns on most items. Diabolical! I will not be using again and will make sure friends and family avoid too

Iv had nothing but trouble with this company, Iv placed an order for fingerprints chains and the prints I sent back were rejected 5 times , eventually I gave up and I was offered store credit for the items I paid for, the email stated I had 3 months to use it but I couldn’t use any discount code.. I decided to order different pieces of jewelry for my daughter s for Christmas and only used part of the store credit and decided to use the balance after Christmas when I was less stressed . I ordered their jewelry on the 1st of December and I didn’t receive them until the 3rd of January which meant I had no gifts for my daughters for Christmas, I sent email after email enquiring as to the whereabouts of my items to be told they didn’t know if they were lost or stuck with delivery company . When they eventually arrived I heard nothing from the company offering an explanation or apology for the delay and now when I tried to order another piece of jewelry with the balance of my store credit I was told I had to use it all in one transaction so I lost the balance, which it never stated this in the email. Iv emailed this and attached the original email offering me the store credit and up until now Iv still received no response…. To say I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this company is an understatement

Don't trust this company Don't trust this company. They informed me that there is a coupon I need to use to order a neckless after I paid them £149 up front, now because I don't know what coupon they are talking about or its lost they can't continue with my order and not refunding me money. This order was for a neckless with finger print on the heart pendent and a message in graved in the back. Just an update to all. I have order and had my order confirmed via email. I have put in a complaint and they still have come back with they can not help me, they will not process my order as they believe I lost a piece of paper with a credit code (and no email with code). I didn't see not credit code, they refuse to complete my order which was a gift for my mother and won't give me a refuse. they are just outright keeping my money, that in my eyes is steeling !!!!

Would not use ever again. Jewellery eventually turned up 2 weeks later than it was supposed too. Missed the birthday it was bought for. Customer service was shocking. All I got was scripted responses which was absolutely no help. Asked for a refund on several occasions which just got ignored!! Like I said ....I will never use again

I was not happy with this order it was in packaging that made the jewelry look like I had bought it from a market stall. It was stuck on a piece of card in a white envelope I wasn't happy with it at all

I paid for expedited delivery which meant it would come on time for a birthday present - I allowed 5 days beforehand to be delivered by 17th Dec. It arrived after Christmas. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt be recommending for delivery - so way to access the tracking system to see where it was etc. Payment made (extra) to get it delivered quickly and I wasted money.

I placed an order for a necklace on december 22, 2024 and have never received it as of today. customer service is sketchy at best - there is no phone number only online chat which is not helpful. I will try to reach out again to request a full return.

I was recently appauled by the customer response I got regarding faulty goods I purchased for a Xmas present .communication really poor and no refund given was told I couldn't have a refund please be aware if complaining about faulty jewellery .

I have had great success in the past but this time I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 very special fingerprint necklaces after the death of my father. Ordered on 11/23 and havde still not received them nor have I gotten any answers. I have sent over 30 emails, chats, etc and have received some responses but all from different people and with either no information or wrong information as promising delivery that doesn't happen. I have requested to speak to someone but that is ignored. I am extremely frustratred and disappointed with this service.
